Schengen 90/180 tracker
Know exactly where you stand in the rolling 180-day window, and why.
- Days used and days left today
- Latest safe exit for the stay you are on
- Days regained and the date they come back
- A "why this number" breakdown by trip
- Strict count shown first, never an optimistic one
The number you can check
The count follows the official method: every day you are in a Schengen state for any part of the day counts, including the days you enter and leave, and the window is the day you check plus the 179 days before it. Tap "Why this number?" to see the exact trips and dates that make up your total.
Built to match the border
The border now works this out from biometric records. DayCount EU lets you keep your own record in the same terms, so a difference of a day shows up in your log first and you can check it against your tickets.
Tested against the Commission's examples
The calculation is tested against the worked examples in the European Commission's own short-stay calculator manual, and against an independent brute-force implementation on randomised data.
