To help us help you

• Your phone model and operating system version, and the app version (More > Settings).
• What you expected and what happened. For a count that looks wrong, the dates of the stays involved.
• For purchases, the email or Apple/Google account you used. Do not send passport numbers, payment card details or photos of documents.

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google. We cannot see your travel data, so we cannot recover it for you; see the FAQ about backups.
